Chia Pudding is a seriously easy and super delicious breakfast treat You can whip it up in the evening and it will be ready for breakfast, or take it with you in a sealed jar for afternoon tea.

Place 1/4 cup of chia seeds into a glass jar with 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 cup of milk of your choice. Secure the lid of the jar and shake to combine. Leave overnight to set and enjoy in the morning.
